感觉味道很重，可能因为我多放了一颗蒜，kale本身的味道也真的是难以下咽
Kale Pesto 自用的做法与步骤
- 1.
1 clove garlic 1/2 cup blanched almonds, toasted blend
- 2.
1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan 10 ounces kale add to blend
- 3.
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 第4步.
煮了80克的天使意面，加上了这些调料，正好一碗，后来还切了3颗小番茄
