| 1/2 cup bread crumbs(&milk) | |
| 250g beef mince & pork mince | |
| 1 egg, lightly beaten | |
| 1 garlic, minced | |
| 1 tbsp herbs & 1/4 cup parmesan | chopped parsley or oregano or basil |
| For the sauce | |
| 1 small onion, finely chopped | |
| 1 garlic, crushed | |
| *1/2 cup red wine | |
| 1 tin chopped tomatoes | |
| beef stock & herb |

In a large bowl bread crumbs (& milk): absorb 1 egg &1 garlic & mince 1tbsp herbs & 1/4 cup parmesan Salt & pepper: mix well shape into balls (don't over mix)

in a pan Heat olive oil: medium heat Seal meatballs: brown—10 min remove
- 3.
in the same pan pan Add the onion: translucent Garlic: 1 min (1/2 cup red wine: reduced) 1 tin chopped tomato Beef stock & herb
- 4.
Return meatballs: simmer 1 -2hours Season
