Coconut Bread的食材和调料

coconut flour, sifted1/2 cup
eggs3
zest of one lemon
desiccated coconut1/2 cup
natural yoghurt or coconut yoghurt1 cup
ground cardamom1 teaspoon
maple syrup1/4 cup
salt1 pinch
oncentrated natural vanilla extract1/2 teaspoon
bicarb soda1 teaspoon

Coconut Bread的做法与步骤

  1. 1.

    Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. 2.

    Grease a mini loaf tin (mine is 16cm x 6cm)

  3. 3.

    Combine the flour, zest, coconut, and cardamom. Add the eggs, combine. Add the yoghurt and maple syrup, combine. Add the salt, vanilla and bicarb, combine.

  4. 4.

    Spoon into your prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes. Cover with foil and bake for another 10 minutes.

  5. 5.

    Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before flipping onto a cooling tray. Leave to cool before cutting into thick slices.
