Coconut Bread的食材和调料
| coconut flour, sifted | 1/2 cup |
| eggs | 3 |
| zest of one lemon | |
| desiccated coconut | 1/2 cup |
| natural yoghurt or coconut yoghurt | 1 cup |
| ground cardamom | 1 teaspoon |
| maple syrup | 1/4 cup |
| salt | 1 pinch |
| oncentrated natural vanilla extract | 1/2 teaspoon |
| bicarb soda | 1 teaspoon |
Coconut Bread的做法与步骤
- 1.
Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- 2.
Grease a mini loaf tin (mine is 16cm x 6cm)
- 3.
Combine the flour, zest, coconut, and cardamom. Add the eggs, combine. Add the yoghurt and maple syrup, combine. Add the salt, vanilla and bicarb, combine.
- 4.
Spoon into your prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes. Cover with foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
- 5.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before flipping onto a cooling tray. Leave to cool before cutting into thick slices.
