蓝莓果酱/ Blueberry Sauce的做法与步骤

Directions: 1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the blueberries, 1/2 cup of water, sugar and lemon juice. Stir frequently, and bring to a low boil. 中火,平底锅中放入 蓝莓,水,白砂糖和柠檬汁。不停搅拌着, 然后调底火。 2. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of cold water. 玉米淀粉和2汤勺冷水搅拌好。

3. Slowly stir the corn starch into the blueberries, taking care not to crush the blueberries. Simmer until the homemade blueberry sauce is thick enough to coat the back of a metal spoon, about 5 minutes. 慢慢的加入玉米淀粉到锅里的蓝莓果酱中。一直轻轻的搅拌至浓稠即可。大概需要5分钟。要小心搅拌, 否则会会搅烂蓝莓们。 4. Remove from heat and gently stir in vanilla and lemon zest. 关火, 加入香草精和柠檬皮。

- The amount of sugar that you use will depend on the sweetness of your berries, simply adjust the amount to suite your taste. 白砂糖的量跟蓝莓是否酸或甜来调整。
- If this sauce is too thick for you, slowly add in water until you reach the desired consistency. 如果觉得太浓了可以加点水。
