芒果椰汁西米露的做法与步骤

  1. 1.

    1/4 杯西米 (¼ cup  sago) 2-3湯匙 糖 (2-3 tbsp sugar) ½   芒果       ( 1/2 Large Mango) 80ml 椰漿     (80ml  Coconut milk) 鹽少量   (Pinch of Salt)

    1-分一半芒果放入攪拌器,其餘半芒果切粒 (Put ¼ mango in a food processor and cut the rest into small pieces. ) 2-煲滾椰漿放糖煮溶 ,把鹽加入椰漿。  (Boil the coconut milk with sugar until melted and add a pinch of salt in the boiling coconut milk. ) 3-待涼後 (1) & (2) 放入雪柜雪凍  1 – 2 hrs. (Put number (1) and (2) into the fridge for 1 – 2 hrs ). 4-開半煲水,水滾後,1/4cup西米露倒入煲里,KEEP攪拌,一直等到西米露透明, 西米好了過清水. 椰漿,芒果加入西米拌勻即成 (Add sago into the boiling water.  Stir frequently to avoid sticking.  The sago will float to the surface and be transparent
