Mocha Tofu的做法与步骤

Soften Gelatine in water
- 第2步.
Use Blender to mix tofu and mocha powder
- 第3步.
heat milk+cream+sugar softly to melt the sugar completely
- 第4步.
blend everything and pour the fluid into the model (use preservative film in the model)
- 第5步.
put it in the fridge and pour the pudding when it cools down, cut into small pieces, and use red beans as toppings!
