用清水浸泡腐竹(夏凉冬温)3小时以上直到泡开,切丁,锅中烧开水,放入腐竹煮熟后沥水捞出

锅中放适量油,放入煮熟的腐竹和鸡毛菜大火翻炒片刻至鸡毛菜熟透,加盐调味即可。
