橙香蛋白能量曲奇(球)的食材和调料
| 坚果酱 | 2 tbsp |
| 生坚果(soaked) | 1/4 cup |
| almond meal | 2 tbsp |
| 椰子碎片 | 1/4 cup |
| 蛋白粉 | 2 tbsp |
| 海盐 | 1/4 tsp |
| 肉桂粉 | 1 tsp |
| 蜂蜜/maple syrup | 1 tbsp |
| vanilla extract | 1 tsp |
| 橙汁 | 75 ml |
橙香蛋白能量曲奇(球)的做法与步骤
- 1.
烤箱预热160℃,所有材料混合
- 2.
用手捏成小球球,压成曲奇饼,放进烤箱烤20-25分钟,放凉
- 3.
或者小球球可以直接放进冰箱,至少冷藏30分钟后可以开动
