| Butter | 2 tbsp |
| Egg | 3个 |
| All purpose flour | 1 cup |
| Milk | 1 cup |
| Sugar | 1.5 tbsp |
| Salt | 1 pinch |
| Vanilla Extract | 1/2 tsp |
| Orange zest | 1 (optional) |
Dutch Baby Pancake的做法与步骤

Preheat oven to 425F. Put a cast iron skillet or 9 inches stone pie pan in the oven.
- 2.
Besides butter, blend all ingredients in Vitamix blender until smooth.
- 3.
After oven heated to desired temperature, take skillet out, melt butter in the skillet, pour batter in.
- 4.
Bake in oven about 20 minutes with 425F.

Serve hot with either sweet or salty side dishes.
