Sliced Almonds1/2 Cup
CinnamonDash of it
Coconut oil2 Table spoons
Honey1/4 Cup or less

Healthy Blueberry Crisp的做法与步骤

  1. 第1步.

    1. Use coconuts oil to wipe the baking dish first or not. 2. Add blueberry and banana (optional) to a baking dish. Cover the sheet to bake 10 - 15mins, 190C. If only use blueberry then you can skip this step. 3. In a separate bowl add oats, almonds, cinnamon, coconut oil and honey. 4. Fold together until combined. 5. Bake at 400F(204) for 30 mins with cover, then uncover and cook for 10mins of until golden brown on top.
