potatoes or sweet potatoesKing Edward, Maris Piper or Rooster
Olive oil
sea salt& freshly ground black pepperor chicken seasoning salt
Additional flavours(sweet paprika, dried herbs, garlic powder, chilli flakes, cajun spice ……).

Potato Wedges的做法与步骤

  1. 1.

    Oven 200°C Potatoes :Wash and scrub Cut into 6-8 wedges.

  2. 2.

    Put in cold salted water boil & simmer: 5-10mins strain-dry. or microwave:5mins (optional)

  3. 3.

    In a bag or bowl: Wedges & olive oil & salt & black pepper. Additional flavours : toss to coat (sweet paprika, dried herbs, garlic powder, chilli flakes, cajun spice ……).

  4. 4.

    In a roasting tray (one layer) oven 200c 30-40minutes turning halfway.

  5. 5.

    serve wih sour cream & sweet chilli sauce
