银鳕鱼情 Pan-fired Cod with Slaw的做法与步骤
- 1.
洗净银鳕鱼加少许盐和胡椒粉涂抹两面后,依次裹上淀粉,蛋液和面包糠,备用;
- 2.
准备沙拉:将所有果蔬切块,加入蛋黄酱,醋,糖,盐和胡椒粉搅拌均匀后,放冰箱备用;
- 3.
中高火热锅,倒入橄榄油烧至5成热,将鱼块放入锅中煎炸,至两面金黄,大约每面煎炸2-4分钟;
- 4.
将鱼块放在厨房用纸上吸除多余油脂,依个人口味撒上少许盐和胡椒粉,挤上柠檬汁,配沙拉一起食用。
