- 第1步.
水果和cream不要放那麼邊，擠太多出來反而層次沒那麼分明
- 第2步.
兩層八寸，兩層六寸 還是三層一樣的比較好看

Chocolate mousse 加了一點rum
- 第4步.
萌萌草莓人 草莓那個頭用圓花嘴擠一坨淡奶油，或者直接裱花袋剪個口子。我覺得草莓人臉上木有紋理比較好看，不理解人家為什麼要用曲奇花嘴擠，搞到人家萌萌的臉上出現一道道如大峽谷半的裂痕（皺紋？）
