* 4 black cod fillets, each about 3 oz.
* 3 Tbs. soy sauce
* 2 Tbs. honey
* 1 Tbs. rice vinegar
* 1 Tbs. mirin
* 1 Tbs. sesame oil
* Juice of 1 lime
* 1/2 oz. ginger, peeled and grated
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
* 4 green onions, white and light green portions, thinly sliced
* 12 oz. bok choy, quartered lengthwise
* 8 oz. shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and thinly sliced
* 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
