毛豆 | 500克 |
鸡胸肉毛豆的做法与步骤
- 第1步.
Cut chicken breast into small pieces
- 第2步.
Put soy sauce in (one tea spoon or less)
- 第3步.
Put red salt(1/4 tea spoon), and mix the meat. Then leave the meat there for 10~15 mins
- 第4步.
Heat the pot at 8 level, put in oil and wait the oil to be hot
- 第5步.
Put in breast and fried
- 第6步.
until the meat turn into golden color on both side
- 第7步.
Put green soybeans in pot , put drinking water to cover the bottom. Put in soy sauce(half the tea spoon)
- 第8步.
Put some white salt (1/2 tea spoon)
- 第9步.
Use heat level 6 to boil the beans for 10mins
- 第10步.
Boil until the water is gone
- 11.
Finally, mix the soybean and chicken. Tastes, and put in some white salt. The soybeans can be changed to mushroom or some other vegetable like Brussels sprouts
