奶油,黄油放在碗里低温加热至冒泡,立刻浇在巧克力块上并不断搅拌使巧克力完全融化。最后加入蛋糕碎和朗姆搅拌。
- 2.
待材料稍定型但又不是太硬的时候用勺子将材料分成24个小球,整型后裹上巧克力装饰糖,平放在铝箔纸或油纸上,放进冰箱至巧克力完全定型,变硬。
