成品为四个小面包
偏欧包,比较硬,适合做开放式三明治
但是内馅也挺多的,也有黄油
(家里只有20克蔓越莓了,加了15克的小葡萄干)

- 1.
135g water 2g Dry yeast
- 2.
★200g Bread flour ★5g Sugar ★2g Salt
- 第3步.
12g Unsalted butter(room temperature) filling: 40g walnuts 80g Semi-dry figs 35g Dried cranberries *Chop up the walnuts and dried figs roughly. For Sprinkle *Bread flour (as needed)

- 第4步.
⑬Turn the oven temperature down to 230°C and bake the rolls for 14 minutes.

- 第5步.
Place it on a wire rack to cool.
