20min快手全素奶香花菜意面#无油无蛋奶#的做法说明

Maddie的菜谱是2人份的,我按一半的量做了一人份,但水太多了,所以以下菜谱减少了水。
20min快手全素奶香花菜意面#无油无蛋奶#的做法与步骤
- 1.
花菜放微波炉高火5min,时间到后切成小朵
- 2.
微波炉加热的同时,烧开水后将意面放进水里,按照意面包装的说明煮熟(我的是10min)后捞出装盘
- 3.
将除意面、蔬菜以外剩余调料,以及熟花菜放入搅拌机,高速2min,做成奶香花菜酱
- 4.
将酱倒入意面,放上自己喜欢的蔬菜即可。这里我是将3朵花菇切片、速冻甜豆、速冻玉米粒、樱桃番茄4颗放水里煮5min后捞出后浇在意面上。

Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
✘ 2 cups cauliflower florets
✘ 1.5 cups plant milk
✘ 2 tsp garlic powder
✘ 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
✘ 1 tsp dried basil
✘ 1 tsp dried oregano
✘ 1 tsp each salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Steam cauliflower florets until very tender. It should fall apart easily.
2. Transfer steamed cauliflower to a blender and add remainder of ingredients. Blend on high for 2 minutes.
3. Adjust seasonings to your taste. Then pour over pasta, rice, or whatever dish you enjoy!
