熱情果甜酒的食材和调料
| Passion fruit pulp 熱情果果肉(ard 13pcs) | 300g |
| Suger 冰糖 | 200g |
| Chinese alcohol 双蒸29.5% | 500ml |
熱情果甜酒的做法与步骤
- 1.
Wash and dry the passion fruits, cut and scope out all the pulp n put in a clear glass jar ( no water no oil n clean by alcohol)
- 2.
Add the sugar on top of the pulps and put all the alcohol and close the lid.
- 3.
1st week need to move and shake the jar slightly and open the lid make sure gas comes out

Let’s the jar rest in somewhere cool for at least 3 months, the one I made rest for 5 months it’s nicer in colour n smoother n sweeter, it’s what I prefer
