- 第1步.
Saute,炒熟1 lb肉沫,洋葱芹菜切块

- 第2步.
放入洋葱和芹菜

- 第3步.
放入rinse过的豆子

- 第4步.
加入diced tomato 和 tomato sauce,chili seasoning mix

- 第5步.
加入 ketchup

- 第6步.
加入糖

- 第7步.
加入 Worcestershire sauce 或者酱油

- 第8步.
high pressure 10 minutes, 炖好以后,然后quick release,搅拌,加入 cheese,出锅。 You can serve with bread or chips.
