House-made Ketchup 秘制番茄沙司的做法与步骤

Cook the onions and garlic in a pan until golden. Add the spices, salt and pepper and cook together for another minute. 洋葱入锅炒至金黄,加入各种香料,盐和胡椒粉再炒一分钟。

Puree the tomatoes with juice in a food processor until smooth. 将蕃茄打浆至顺滑。
