2016年夏天,與朋友匯合前一個人到巴塞羅那遊玩了幾天。因為不喜歡一個人吃飯,參加了Hostel的Paella event,這是他們之後給出的recipe。 大家酌量調整吧估計這是這一大盤的用量😂

| Peeled shrimp | 500g |
| Tomato sauce | 250ml |
| Bomba rice (short or round rice will do) | 2kg |
| Chicken broth | 4L |
| Peas | 400g |
| Green beans | 400g |
| Artichoke hearts (quartered) | 1 can |
| Lemons (cut into eighths) | 2 |
| Salt | |
| Pepper | |
| Sweet paprika | |
| Saffron (paella mix with saffron works as well) | 3g |
| Olive oil |

Put olive oil in a hot pan, and then add chicken wings and cook on each side before removing.

Put the peppers, onions, and peas to make the sofrito. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika

Make an open area on one side of the pan to cook the shrimp, season well.

Once shrimp is cooked mix in with other ingredients and add tomato puree, then put the chicken wings back in and mix well. Once mixed add the zaffron and again mix well.

Add bomba rice, and mix until there is color on most of the rice. Then spread as evenly as possible before adding the broth. It is important that the broth is HOT when added.

Let cook, do not agitate, only push rice on top down as needed.
