泰式芒果糯米饭Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango的食材和调料

| 糯米STICKY RICE(隔夜泡水SOAKED OVERNIGHT) | 640克 (2CUPS) |
| 椰奶COCONUT MILK | 160克(1/2cup) |
| 黄糖BROWN SUGAR | 60克(4TBSP) |
| 盐SALT | 2.5克(1/2TSP) |
| 普通的大米粉RICE FLOUR | 5克(1TSP) |
| 炒绿豆FRIED MUNG BEAN(去皮绿豆) | 15克(1tbsp) |
泰式芒果糯米饭Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango的做法与步骤
- 第1步.
隔夜泡过的糯米上屉大火蒸30分钟或是蒸到好为止,放置在混合容器里。 SOAKED OVERNIGHT STEAM STICKY RICE ABOUT 30 MIN OR UNTIL DONE ,ROMOVE TO THE MIXING BOWL.

- 第2步.
把糖盐和椰奶搅拌并加热,直到完全融化。 HEAT UP COCONUT MILK IN THE POT THEN ADD SUGAR AND SALT.STIR WELL UNTIL DISSOVED.

- 第3步.
加入四分之三的椰奶在装了蒸好糯米的容器里,充分搅拌,并盖上盖子放置一会儿。 ADD 3/4 OF COCONUT MILK INTO THE BOWL WITH COOKED STICKY RICE AND STIR WELL AND COVER WITH A LID.

- 4.
糯米饭和椰奶混合,大概需要15分钟,直到糯米完全吸收椰奶。 LET THE RICE ADSORB COCONUT MILK FOR 15 MIN.
- 第5步.
把剩下的椰奶和米粉一起搅拌,边搅拌边煮至融化,作为糯米粉的浇汁。 COOK THE REMAINING OF COCONUT MILK WITH RICE FLOUR ,STIR WELL UNTIL DISSOLVED.SET ASIDE AS THE TOPPING.

- 第6步.
把糯米饭装到盘子里,芒果削皮切成片,放在糯米饭边上,浇上浓椰奶和炒绿豆碎,会脆脆的哦。 TRARNSFER STICKY RICE ON THE PLATE,PEEL AND SLICE MANGO AND PUT NEXT TO THE RICE.TOPPING WITH THICK COCONUT AND FRIED MUNG BEANS.
