Vegemite Mooncake的食材和调料
| Honey water | 90g (honey 60g and water 30g) |
| Vegetable oil | 30g |
| plain flour | 120g |
| milk powder | 6g |
| Mooncake Filling | |
| pork sausages | 150g (mince) |
| creamy bean | 80g |
| Vegemite | 5g |
| white wine | 8g |
| vegetable oil | 28g |
| glutinous flour | 65g |
| plain flour | 35g |
| For brush use | 1 egg yolk |
Vegemite Mooncake的做法与步骤
- 第1步.
put honey water into bowel

- 2.
stir honey water and oil until they are intensive mixing
- 第3步.
sift the mixture of milk powder and plain flour into bowel to knead the dough. cover with plastic wrap for 1.5 hours.

- 第4步.
Mix all fillings ingredients. to make it as a ball.

- 第5步.
shell : filling=1:1.5 25 g : 37g

- 第6步.
flatten the Small shell with a press of the hand. put the Filling on top ang slowly wrap around it.

- 第7步.
us the mooncake mold to press the ball

- 第8步.
heat oven 200 degree and put a Small bowel of water on the bottom.

- 第9步.
bake 5 min and take it off to brush egg yolk.

- 第10步.
turn to 190 degree to bake 13-15 min.
