Adapted from 君之 (half of my recipe below)
bittersweet chocolate, chopped 50 g
butter 60 g = 4.23 tbsp
egg 35 g
milk 15 g
sugar 50 g
baking soda 1/4 tsp
pastry flour 100g
pecan/walnut 25 g

chocolate (50 g/1.76oz)1/2 cup
-Cocoa powder 6 tbsp
-Vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp
-sugar 2 tbsp
-or unsweetened1.17 oz
-or sugar3.52 g
Egg1
Milk (30 g)2 tbsp
Sugar (100 g)1/2 cup
Baking soda1/2 tsp
pastry flour (200 g)7/4 cup
-flour 175 g
-corn starch 25 g
Chocolate chips (50 g)1/2 cup
-could sub half with white
Pecan (50 g)1/2 cup

Brownie cookie的做法与步骤

  1. 1.

    prep: roast pecan at 350F for 10 mins (+1–2 min)

  2. 2.

    Melt 8tbsp butter

  3. 3.

    Add 6 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tbsp sugar and 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil OR 1/2 cup melted chocolate

  4. 4.

    Add 1 egg and 2 tbsp milk

  5. 5.

    Add 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 cup sugar and 7/4 cup flour

  6. 6.

    Add 1/2 dark chocolate chips and 1/2 cup pecan

  7. 7.

    Bake 350 F for 18 mins * 15 mins when smaller

could use more sugar and more pecan
