*Choux* x10 5cm 50g milk 50gwater 1g salt 40g butter 60g sifted cake flour 2 eggs | Puff |
*Chestnut Cream* 200g Chestnut paste 50g butter 100g fresh cream *Chantilly cream* 300g fresh cream 25g sugar | Filling |
栗子泥酥皮泡芙的做法与步骤
- 1.
Top: mix all ingredients, 3mm thick, freezer to harden
- 第2步.
Boil milk water salt butter, add flour and cook to thin film. Mix egg and slowly add to mixture bit by bit. Pipe to 5cm circle

Filling: 栗子泥奶油混合;淡奶油加糖打发
