拌菠菜的食材和调料
| 菠菜 | 500g large pack |
| 蒜 | 1 clove, crushed into hot oil |
| 香油 | 2tsp |
| 生抽 | 1 tbsp |
| 糖 | 1tsp |
| 盐 | 1/2-1tsp to taste |
| 花椒油 | 1/2 - 1tsp |
| Extra virgin olive oil | 1tbsp |
| Chilli oil (Chiu Chow) | 1tsp |
拌菠菜的做法与步骤
- 1.
Boil water in kettle. Blanch spinach in boiling water for 30s - 1min, drain. Heat in a very small pan, olive oil with sesame oil to medium hot, then crush garlic directly into the hot oil. Turn off heat and leave it to fry for 1min.
- 2.
Meanwhile, combine the seasoning with spinach in a salad bowl and add the garlic oil, mix well.

Avoid vinegar flavour in the recipe.
