| Walnuts 核桃 | 1 cup |
| Sugar 糖 | ¼ cup |
| Butter 黄油 | 1 tbsp |
Spinach Salad with Goat Cheese,Cranberries and Candied Walnuts 菠菜沙拉的做法与步骤
- 1.
先做糖核桃,锅中倒入糖、黄油和核桃一起炒到糖油化开变焦黄色。
- 2.
倒在Sheet pan上分开每块核桃。
- 3.
接着调油醋汁。将醋倒入一个小碗中,加入柠檬皮,再一点点加入Olive oil 用力搅拌。
- 4.
再加入蜂蜜混匀。然后加入盐和黑椒调味。
- 5.
把菠菜放入碗中,加入核桃、蔓越莓干和糖核桃,搅拌均匀,洒上羊奶酪,浇上油醋汁。
