Sweet Potato Puree 红薯泥的食材和调料

Sweet Potato Puree 红薯泥的做法与步骤

Cover the sweet potatoes with water in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook until soft, about 15 minutes. 红薯放入加满水的锅中烧开。转小火慢慢煮到变软,约15分钟。

Drain the sweet potaoes. Heat the cream and butter together until the butter is melted. Whip the potatoes with and immersion blender.红薯滤水,奶油加黄油加热直至黄油融化,用手持搅拌机将红薯打烂。

Add the cream and butter little by little until you get the right consistency. They should be smooth, soft and creamy. Season with salt, paprika and pepper.慢慢加入奶油黄油混合液直至理想的稠度,最后的红薯泥口感顺滑,柔软。加入盐和黑椒粉,辣椒粉调味。
