    Render the salt pork in a sauce pan. 将咸肉在锅里煸出油。

    Add the onion and garlic to the pork fat and cook until caramelized.Season with salt and pepper.加入洋葱和蒜在猪油中煸炒直至焦黄。再加入盐和黑椒粉调味。

    Spray lasagna pans with non-stick spray. Layer bechamel sauce, the pork&onion mix, parmesan cheese and finally a pasta sheet. Repeat 3 more times.
