Chicken Cacciatore 焖鸡块的做法与步骤

Season and pan-sear the chicken on all sides in olive oil, set aside. 鸡调味在橄榄油中两面煎至金黄。

In the same pan, brown the mushrooms, onions, jalapeno, bell peppers and garlic. 在煎鸡的锅中放入蘑菇,洋葱,墨西哥青辣椒、青椒和蒜炒至焦黄。

Add wine and reduce to au sec. 加白葡萄酒并收汁。

Add the stock, tomato products, rosemary, thyme and chili flakes. Bring to a boil. 加入高汤、番茄制品、迷迭香、百里香和辣椒片。

Add chicken to the sauce and braise for about 1 hour. Remove the chicken and reduce the sauce even more. 加入鸡块炖1小时,将鸡块取出收汁。
