Chicken Noodle Soup 鸡汤面的做法与步骤

  1. 1.

    Sweet the onion, celery and carrot in butter. Do not brown. 将洋葱、芹菜和胡萝卜在黄油中煸香,不要炒至焦黄。

    Add the chicken stock, bay leaf, oregano and basil. Simmer for 20 minutes. 加入鸡高汤、月桂叶、牛至和罗勒。慢火煮20分钟。

    Add the noodles and chicken. Simmer another 10 minutes. 加入面条和鸡肉。再煮10分钟。

  4. 4.

    Serve in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley. 装入碗中,用香叶装饰。
