肠粉做法,首先要买工具,还要买肠粉的粉或自己磨米粉浆,放喜欢的配料,粉是肠粉里的重点,还有是最后的酱油,要自己做,我这个肠粉在蒸的时候不加油,比较健康,酱油我是先把蒜切碎,然后用点油煎香,再把水酱油和蚝油放进去烧开就可以用了,这样才显得肠粉好吃😊 。

    放蒸锅里盖盖子蒸,当然锅里的水是烧开的才放蒸盘,注意混好马上放锅里蒸,不然等一会时间,米浆的粉会沉淀,水浮在上面,蒸出来好像不熟,如果看到水在上面粉在上面,一定要搅拌一下才放进去蒸。 Put the tray in the pot which has boiling water.     蛋的在蒸,后面弄第二盘,放两勺米浆,放你喜欢的配料,最好是把配料先煮熟,这样不怕蒸不够时间配料未熟吃坏肚子,可以放菜,菜不用预先煮熟。 When one tray is steaming, another tray prepare to put some ingredients you like. It is better to cook the ingredients like meat before you put in the rice roll.

    之前蒸的好了,拿出来,再放另一盘蒸。 After that, the previous one is done. Then put another one inside.

    刮出来,我觉得有点粘住盘子正常,因为我没有放油,你可以用力刮干净一点。然后再继续放米浆和配料。 Use the board to take the egg roll out on the plate. As I don't add oil on the tray, some will stick on the tray. You may need some force to take out. Then use the tray again to prepare the rice roll and so on.

米浆和水的比例大概1:2.5,酱油最好自己弄,也可以用蒸鱼豉油或肠粉酱油,多试就会做的好。
