「烘焙速成班」下午茶小点心蔓越莓饼干[第九课]的做法与步骤

黄油室温软化,软化程度可用筷子戳下,软化到这种程度后倒入糖粉,搅拌均匀,
- 3.
融合完毕用电动打蛋器打发,黄油慢慢蓬松
- 4.
加入准备好的鸡蛋液搅拌均匀(也可将鸡蛋液分两次倒入搅拌更均匀)
- 5.
再将蔓越莓切小块,不用太细碎,切完后倒入溶液中搅拌均匀。
- 6.
将低筋面粉筛入后搅拌均匀 将面团糅合均匀,
- 7.
将其整合到专门的模具中固定,没有磨具也可依靠墙边等来固定,宽6cm高4cm的长方体即可,放入冰箱冷冻1h至硬态。
- 8.
1h后将冷冻的整条切成厚约0.7cm的薄状,依次放入烤盘后放入日本千石阿拉丁,快速升温不用预热。直接调节温度100度烤7分钟,再120度2min,普通家用烤箱165度 中层 20min。
