奶油奶酪 Cream Cheese | 113克 (约半条) 4 oz |
咸黄油 Salted Butter | 113g 8 tbsp |
细砂糖 Granulated Sugar | 96克 3/4 cup |
面粉 Flour | 128克 1 cup |
饼干碎片 (Oreos) Crunched Cookies | 10 |
香草精 (自选) Vanilla Extract (optional) | 几滴 a few drops |

- 第1步.
将软化的奶油奶酪,黄油,香草精和砂糖放入一个大碗中,用打蛋器打发 Mix room temperature cream cheese, suger, vanilla extract and salted butter into a big bowl and beat with a mixer until fluffy
- 第2步.
倒入面粉,用打蛋器继续打到混合均匀 Pour in the flour, and continue beating until mixed evenly

将饼干 (推荐奥利奥) 碾成小块(不要成渣),倒入面团,均匀搅拌 Pour in the crunched cookies and mix together

盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏醒30分钟 Seal the bowl and put the cookie dough in to the fridge and let it sit for 30 mins

将烤箱预热,烤盘抹油(或垫烘培纸),将拌好的面团用勺子汆成小球状,约 2cm 高/宽,摆放到烤盘中,用勺子轻轻按下,两个面团之间空出2~3cm空隙 Preheat the oven, using a spoon/ice cream scooper and scoop out the cookie dough, place them on the tray and gently press down with a spoon to flatten the dough, make sure there is a 2~3cm space between each cookie

放入烤箱,180℃,12~15分钟 Put the tray into the oven, bake 12~15 mins on 350℉
- 第7步.
将饼干放在通风的铁线板上晾5分钟 Move the cookie to the iron racks to cool for 5mins
- 第8步.
