| Frozen Montmorency tart cherries | 2 cups |
| lemon juice | 2 tsp |
| mint leaves | 1/4 cup |
| Non dairy milk | 1/4 cup |
| Water | 1/4 cup |
Tart Cherry Sorbet的做法与步骤
- 第1步.
Maple syrup is optional. May add up to 1/2 cup.

- 第2步.
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend on low and gradually work up to high speed.

- 第3步.
Blend until the fruit is very smooth. Don't overmix or your sorbet will start melting from the heat of the blender.
