- 第1步.
胡萝卜搓丝,西葫芦切丁,可以根据个人口味加入腌制的蔬菜增味,小扁豆沸水煮20分钟后取出加入。 Carrots, zucchini, and some pickles of your own choice if you like. Lentils need to be boiled for 20 minutes.
