| 牛蒡 burdock | 半根 half |
| 酱油 soy sauce | 适量 1 tsp |
| 盐 salt | 适量 1tsp |
| 乌江萝卜干 radish pickles | 一包 1 pack |
| 葱花 spring onion | 切碎 finely chopped |
| 干辣椒 dried chilli | 切碎 finely chopped |
萝卜干牛蒡丝pickles and burdock的做法与步骤
- 第1步.
牛蒡过热水或上锅蒸一下切丝,萝卜干、葱花、干辣椒都切碎待用。 Boil or steam your burdock drained and chopped into slices. Finely chopped your pickles, spring onion and dried chilli.

- 第2步.
热锅,橄榄油煸炒萝卜干、葱花,干辣椒。 Sauté radishes, spring onion and dried chili with olive oil in the pan.

- 第3步.
加入牛蒡丝,翻炒至上色,加入酱油、盐和少许水,关盖焖煮至收汁。 Get the burdocks in. When your burdock is covered with golden color pour the mixture of soy sauce and water. It's enough when the liquid is just cover the ingredients.

- 第4步.
撒上亚麻籽,装盘完成! Top with some flax seeds and you are done!
