Pizza Bread 披萨快手面包的做法与步骤
- 第1步.
Sprinkle yeast over warm water in a large bowl. Let it sit for 3 minutes. Add in flour, salt, and sugar. Mix using a spoon just until it comes together. (There's no need for a big stand mixer here.) 把酵母放进一个装温水的大碗,静置3分钟。倒入面粉、盐、糖。用勺子稍微搅拌至粘在一起。(不需要用搅拌器)

- 第2步.
Add in the toppings and Parmesan and combine well. The dough will be tacky.Dust with a bit more flour if it feels too tacky. Let rise for about 1 hour, then put in the refrigerator to continue rising for another hour. 倒入配料和帕玛森,搅拌匀,面团会变黏,如果太黏可以撒手粉,发酵约一小时,放入冰箱继续再发酵一小时。
