年会上吃到这道甜点,很像苹果派版本的蛋糕,个人很喜欢肉桂的味道,回来从网上找到recipe ,一盆就能搞定的简单烘培深受我等懒人喜爱
Apple Blondie Squares的食材和调料
| butter | 1/2 cup, 融化 |
| white sugar | 1 cup |
| packed brown sugar | 1 cup |
| 鸡蛋 | 2只 |
| vanilla extract | 2 teaspoon |
| 肉桂粉 | 1 teaspoon |
| all-purpose flour | 2 cup |
| baking powder | 2 teaspoon |
| salt | 1/2 teaspoon |
| apple | 1/2 cup,切丁 |
| walnuts | 1/2 cup |
| white sugar | 4 Tablespoons |
| 肉桂粉 | 4 Tablespoons |
Apple Blondie Squares的做法与步骤
- 1.
烤箱预热350F, 5*8inch 烤盘喷油防粘
- 2.
butter, white sugar, brown sugar混合均匀,加入egg, vanilla, cinnamon, salt & baking powder, 最后加入过筛的面粉,混合均匀,此时面糊会很厚
- 3.
倒入苹果和walnuts,这时候面糊由于苹果水分释放,会从粘稠变得顺滑,倒入烤盘
- 4.
混合4 Tablespoons 白糖和肉桂粉,均匀撒在烤盘内的面糊上
- 5.
烤45min,插入牙签抽出后没有面糊黏在牙签上,从烤箱取出,放凉后切块
