芝士片,如切达,波罗伏洛,高达sliced cheese, for example cheddar, provolone or gouda (about 12 slices) | 225 g(about 12 slices) |

烤箱预热200℃。烤盘内垫烤纸,放上芝士片。Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the cheese slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

芝士上撒一些辣椒粉,放入烤箱烤8-10分钟,具体取决于芝士片的厚度。最后几分钟要特别注意,不要烤过头了,烤过头的芝士会有苦味。Sprinkle paprika powder on top and bake in the oven for about 8–10 minutes, depending on how thick the slices are. Pay attention towards the end so that you don’t burn the slices, as burned cheese tends to have a bitter taste.
