- 第1步.
mix all dry ingredient expect raisins and walnuts. add all liquids. mix together.

knead the dough for 10mins by hand. add raisins and walnuts.
- 3.
ferment for 2 hours until double in size
- 4.
portion. devide into 2 pieces. rounding and rest for 15mins.
- 5.
shaping into oblong .
- 6.
Proofing for 60-90 mins.
- 7.
sifting flour on top of the bread and scoring.
- 8.
baking at 177 celsius for 20 mins.
