- 第1步.
将全麦低筋面粉、枫糖浆和油混合均匀 Put whole pastry flour, maple syrup and oil together and mix well

- 第2步.
将混合物放入模具并轻压 Put the mixture into a cake tin and press the dough a little

- 第3步.
用料理机混合内馅的所有原料 Blend all the ingredients of filling with food processor(or blender)

- 第4步.
加入100克碧根果,小火加热混合物至浓稠 Add 100g pecan nuts the gently heat the mixture until thicken

- 第5步.
将混合物倒入模具并装饰剩下的碧根果 Pour the mixture into the cake tin, put additional pecan nuts on top

- 第6步.
350华氏度/180摄氏度,烤30分钟 Bake at 350F/180c for 30 minutes
