| 900g fruit, stewed if nessesary | |
| 150g plain flour or self raising flour | |
| 100g unsalted butter, chilled & cubes | |
| 50g sugar ( demerara, golden caster , brown ) | |
| (Handful of porridge oats / chopped nuts ) |
Stewed Fruit & Fruit Crumble的做法与步骤

Stewed Fruit -2 apple & raisins/sultanas & nutmeg Pears & cinnamon rhubarb & ginger In a sauce pan: 500g fruit & caster sugar & spice (& 50ml water): boil-simmer:soft (5-20min depending on the fruit) Serve warm or cold with custard, yoghurt, creme fraiche or ice cream or porriage

Fruit Crumble-4 Pre-heat the oven to 200C. Stew fruit if need- drain

Rub 150g plain flour & 100g butter: like breadcrumbs Stir in 50g sugar. in the fridge until ready to bake or freezer 10 mins.

oven proof dish : grease. Fruit & sugar & spice crumble (& oats or nuts) bake 200c-30 mins
- 5.
serve warm or cold with yoghurt, creme fraiche or custard or ice cream.
