80g butter, melted
500g cream cheese (&2tbsp sour cream or heavy cream) , softened
1/2cup--1cup sugar
2 eggs
(2 tbsp flour)
1tsp vanilla
optionallemon or lime juice or zest, berry, oreo

    oven 180c Grease a cake tin Combine 1.25 cups biscuit crumbs & 80g butter Press & Chill

  2. 2.

    Beat 500g cream cheese & 1/2 cup sugar : smooth ( low-medium speed ) Add 2-3 eggs: one at a time (2tbsp plain flour) Add 1tsp vanilla & option

  3. 3.

    Pour the mixture onto the base (In or above hot water) Bake on the centre rack 180c:40mins-1hour (wobbly in centre)

  4. 4.

    cool in oven: (door ajar chill for 1 hour) cool at room temperature. chill in fridge for 2 hours--over night
