Swedish Meatball的食材和调料
| 2tbsp white breadcrumbs&2 tbsp milk | |
| 250g minced beef &150g minced pork | |
| 1 egg, lightly beaten | |
| 1 small onion, finely chopped | |
| Pinch of spices ( nutmeg or allspice or cinnamon) | |
| For the sauce | |
| 1 tablespoon plain flour | |
| 1 cop beef stock & 1/4 c cup cream | or milk |
| chopped dill or parsley | |
| 4 tbsp lingonberry to serve | |
| or cranberry or raspberry or black berry |
Swedish Meatball的做法与步骤
- 1.
In a bowl 2 tbsp breadcrumbs& 2 tbsp milk: absorb onion & egg & mince salt & pepper & spice Form into 24 small meatballs. (wet hands)
- 2.
In a large frying pan Heat oil : medium heat brown the meatballs:8-10-15minutes. Remove-cover-set aside.

drain off any excess fat add 1tbsp flour : smooth paste pour in 1 cup beef stock: thicken add 1/4 cup cream : heat through *1 tsp soy sauce & 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard season return the meatballs: heat through
- 4.
Sprinkle with dill or parsley serve with lingonberry & greens & mashed potatoes or rice
