Tiramisu的食材和调料
| 3 egg whites | |
| 5 egg yolks | |
| 1/3 cup (70g) Granulated Sugar or caster sugar | * vanilla |
| 500g Mascarpone Cheese, softened | |
| 2 tbsp marsala(optional), or dark rum or kahlua or brandy or bailey | |
| 200ml cold espresso | |
| savoiardi biscuits (lady fingers) | |
| Cocoa Powder or grated dark chocolate |
Tiramisu的做法与步骤
- 1.
In a mixing bowl whip 3 egg whites: stiff. Or 250g heavy cream: stiff peaks.
- 2.
In a mixing bowl (Bain Marie) Whisk 3-5egg yolks & 1/3 cup sugar : 8-10minutes-pale & voluminous (70c) cool. *Add vanilla Gradually fold in 250g(-500g )mascarpone fold in the egg whites or cream ( don't over mix)
- 3.
To assemble Dip ladyfingers in coffee(alcohol&sugar) arrange in the bottom spread the mascarpone mixture repeat sprinkle sifted cocoa powder or grated dark chocolate
- 4.
Cover & chill for 6 -24 hours before serving.
