Banana Bread/Cake的食材和调料
| 1/2cup (125g) unsalted butter, softened | |
| 1/2cup (125g)-1cup caster sugar | or brown sugar or white sugar |
| 2 eggs | |
| 1 tsp vanilla essence | |
| 3-4 ripe bananas, mashed | |
| 50g chopped walnuts or pecans | |
| Dry ingredients: | |
| V1: 2 cups flour &1 tsp baking soda &1 tsp baking powder | |
| V2: 2 cups self-raising flour &1 tsp bicarbonate of soda | |
| 1/2 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon | |
| (1/2 cup milk or sour cream ) |
Banana Bread/Cake的做法与步骤
- 1.
Preheat oven-180C. 160C fan force. Grease a loaf pan or a cake tin
- 2.
In a mixing bowl: whisk together (wooden spoon or electric beater) 120g butter & 1/2 cup sugar: light & creamy beat in 2 eggs: one at a time 1 tsp vanilla essence mashed banana: mix to combine (fold in the nuts)

Sift in the dry ingredients & 1/2cup milk : just mixed--don't overmix spoon into the pan: bake for 60minutes leave in tin :5-10 mins cool on wire rack.
