| 1 cup rolled oats | * dried fruits |
| 2-3 cups water or milk or both | * pinch of salt |
| fruit&cinnamon | |
| 1-2 tbsp honey | |
| toasted nuts & seeds |
Porridge的做法与步骤
- 1.
In a sauce pan: add 1 cup rolled oats & pinch of salt (dried fruit) 2-3cups water/milk: boil simmer:5-10 minutes-thick&creamy sitrring continuously.
- 2.
Stir in fruit & cinnamon *Add 1tbsp honey or brown sugar Mix well
- 3.
Serve in a bowl extra milk or yoghurt. top with fresh fruit & cinnamon drizzle with honey sprinkle toasted nuts & seeds.
