Porridge的食材和调料

1 cup rolled oats* dried fruits
2-3 cups water or milk or both* pinch of salt
fruit&cinnamon
1-2 tbsp honey
toasted nuts & seeds

Porridge的做法与步骤

  1. 1.

    In a sauce pan: add 1 cup rolled oats & pinch of salt (dried fruit) 2-3cups water/milk: boil simmer:5-10 minutes-thick&creamy sitrring continuously.

    Stir in fruit & cinnamon *Add 1tbsp honey or brown sugar Mix well

  3. 3.

    Serve in a bowl extra milk or yoghurt. top with fresh fruit & cinnamon drizzle with honey sprinkle toasted nuts & seeds.
