1 cup plain flour & 1/4 tsp baking powder1 cup self-raising flour
2 eggs & 4 tbsp milk, lightly whisked
vegetables of your choice

Fritters的做法与步骤

  1. 1.

    In a large mixing bowl Sift in 1 cup self raising flour Add 2 eggs & 4 tbsp milk: smooth batter *drizzle of olive oil Season.

    Add vegetables of your choice: sweet corn, pea, onions, spring onions, capsicum grated zucchini,carrots, pumpkin, potatoes,sweet potatoes cooked cauliflower & broccoli *Add cheese & herbs

  3. 3.

    Heat olive oil in a frying pan: Add 1 tbsp mixture cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

    450g zucchini 1/4 cup Parmesan / 250g halloumi/goat cheese 2 Spring onions/ 1 onions Parsley & mint Tzatziki dip
